Lake Angelus property tax information can be found on the Oakland County website under Property Gateway
Click on Current Tax Property Report and enter the parcel ID# or address.
- The City has no special assessments.
- Summer taxes are due August 31 with a penalty for late payment of 1% per month, plus an additional 3% penalty after February 14.
- Winter taxes are due February 14 with a 4% penalty after February 14.
- There is no proration of the penalty within a month.
- No partial payments are accepted.
- Beginning March 1, taxes become delinquent and must be paid to the Oakland County Treasurer with
- additional penalties.
